Meyer Lemon Meringue:
Flaky crust filled with meyer lemon curd and topped with a swiss meringue browned with a torch.

Summer Fruit tart:
Pistachio cream filling, and fresh raspberries (from the Downtown Farmers Market when available) in a flaky tart shell.

Wild mushroom tart:
Shitaki, maitaki and other wild mushrooms, depending on availability surrounded by a light custard in a flaky tart shell.

French-style Apple Tart:
Flaky crust filled with a spicy apple compote and topped with more apples.

Tarte Bourdaloue:
Flaky crust filled with almond cream and wine-poached pears and sliced almonds.

Linzer Torte:
